I do really like Corsair products though and would like to figure a way out to resolve these before I spend a bunch of money to make a switch. I'm curious if anyone else has experienced these issue as I'm about ready to give up and go back to Logitech products because I can't handle these issues anymore while in the middle of a game. I did contact support for the keyboard and headset, keyboard they offered a replacement and headset they were unable to resolve. The wheel unfortunately is made that way, I have to scroll it slower for it to be accurate (semi). It doesnt change the volume at all but if I lower it all the way down it does still mute. Anyways as soon as I made that change my volume scroll wont function properly anymore. My Scimitar mouse will dump all my macros while in the middle of a game.Īnd my newest issue with the update of the latest version of iCue is my headset will not unmute itself. Ive had the headphones for maybe 6 months or so. I have the VB Cable set to default b/c I play and stream games and in order to keep my skype calls out of my stream I set it as a second playback option. Found need to open the iOS app every time to remap the wheel to be able to get the volume back to normal. Spinning the chat volume wheel beeps as it is a the lowest setting. When I connect, the Xbox party volume is maxed out. I can duplicate the issue if I turn the volume all the way up it will freeze the keyboard every time. Doing it with the windows control, or changing it with my headset does not work. If I don't unplug it nothing I do will let me change the volume. I don't know if software or my keyboard is to blame for this but when adjusting the volume with the volume control on my K70 RGB MK.2 LP the volume will go down to 0 and get stuck there.
